Cancelling your order 

You can cancel your order by contacting our friendly Support Squad via email

  • If your order is yet to be dispatched: We will cancel your order and refund the full cost. 

  • If your order has already been dispatched: You will need to return the order via post in resalable condition. Once received at our warehouse, we will refund your order less the postage charges incurred for delivery (which vary according to area) plus a $5.50 admin fee. Any returns must arrive in a re-salable condition (no signs of usage, all products still in box and without significant damage to accessories or internal packaging) in order for a refund to be granted.

Changing your order

You can change your order by contacting our friendly Support Squad via email

  • If your order is yet to be dispatched: We can change your order and will arrange additional payment or refunds for the relevant items 

  • If your order has already been dispatched: We are unable to change your order. 

  • If you would like to return selected items: We will provide a refund for the items, less the postage charges incurred for delivery (which vary according to area) plus a $5.50 admin fee. Any returns must arrive in a re-salable condition (no signs of usage, all products still in box and without significant damage to accessories or internal packaging) in order for a refund to be granted.

  • If you would like to order additional items: We will need to create an additional order for you.
