How do I track my delivery and find my estimated delivery date?

We provide a delivery tracking service through Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code. This will allow you to track your item and will also provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Australia Post tracking - My order is stalled, missing, delayed or damaged in transit

If your Australia Post tracking has not updated in over five working days or is marked as “Delayed”:

Please submit a “Late or missing item” enquiry with Australia Post using this link and your tracking number. Please then contact our friendly Support Squad with your reference number. We will then ask our warehouse to place an enquiry as the sender. 

This should either get the parcel moving again or result in Australia Post classifying it as 'lost in transit'. If it is the latter, we need this confirmation to be able to send you a replacement.

If your order was delivered by Australia Post but you are unable to locate it:

Please submit a “Late or missing item” enquiry with Australia Post using this link and your tracking number. Please then contact our friendly Support Squad with your reference number. We will then ask our warehouse to place an enquiry as the sender. 

Australia Post should provide photographic evidence of where the order was left or delivered to. If the order was delivered incorrectly or not left in a safe place, we will work with Australia Post to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

If your order was marked as “Damaged in transit”:

The order will be sent for inspection by Australia Post to assess the damage. Once the damage is confirmed, our warehouse will be contacted and will dispatch a replacement to you as soon as possible.
