We pack and send our worms in a way that best allows them to have a safe journey. They will be okay for around two weeks but can be comfortable for longer in some circumstances.

If your worms don't arrive alive or arrive in smaller numbers than expected, please share an image with our support team via [email protected]. We will then arrange a replacement batch or refund (as preferred).
