What is the difference between the enzyme spray and enzyme grain? 

Both the enzyme spray and and grain contain all-natural EM (beneficial microbes) and citrus extracts. The spray is often preferred for use with a Bokashi bin as it provides good coverage over all of your scraps and can also be used for cleaning. 

For use with the EnsoPet, the enzyme grain is recommended to prevent the contents from becoming too moist.
