Yes, we provide a refund less the postage charges incurred for delivery (which vary according to area) plus a return to sender fee charge that Australia Post charges us (again dependent on product) plus a $5.50 admin fee.
Any returns must arrive in a re-salable condition (no signs of usage, all products still in box and without significant damage to accessories or internal packaging) in order for a refund to be granted.
