How do I arrange delivery to a location other than my home?
If you have ordered through your local council:
Please enter your residential address at the check-out and then email our friendly Support Squad with your preferred delivery address.
We will advise your council representative that your delivery address differs from your residential address. It is then up to their discretion whether they approve it or not. If they require further evidence or cannot approve a delivery address outside of the LGA, you will be notified via email.
If you have ordered through our Australia-wide website:
Please enter your preferred address at the check-out. Items can be delivered to your office or PO box.
Can I delay my delivery?
Yes, as long as you let our team know before your order has been dispatched. Please email our friendly Support Squad as soon as possible to let us know your preferred delivery date.

Can I arrange for delivery to be at a set time?
Unfortunately, this is not possible but we do provide a delivery tracking service through Australia Post and other couriers. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code. This will allow you to track your item.
